With over 45,000 square feet of retail space planned for Anchor Cove, more shopping, entertainment, restaurants and public courtyards and plazas will make Marina Bay more than just an amazing and convenient place for shopping or dining. The planned retail space is designed to foster a strong sense of community. The kind of place where neighbors wave hello, old friends meet for dinner and new friendships begin.

Also in planning is a new proposed ferry route from Richmond to San Francisco. Marina Bay residents commuting to the City could cross the bay in comfort with the planned route. Departing from the proposed ferry terminal location of the Sheridan Point Marina, the estimated trip time to reach the San Francisco Ferry Building would be only 30 minutes!
